The simple, important and
ubiquitous chafing dish that we are so used to seeing in many family gatherings
and social events never really catches our attention. All we do is just take
food from it into our plates and then move onto the next item. There is a lot
of science that goes on behind the dishes. Not just science but brass chafing
dishes manufacturers put in a lot of effort for the design and look
of the utensils as well. Although many of the features may be utilitarian, much
of it may be for pragmatic purposes as well. On the surface they just look
